There are eight girls to every guy at Blossom College, a goldmine there for the taking. But Charlie, a freshman at the very special school wants more than sex from the beautiful females who surround him - he wants to fall in love. Everyone tries to help him - his parents try to find him girls; his room-mate Ron, the campus superstud, advises Charlie how to dress, walk and talk to women; and Eileen, an overweight co-ed lies in wait in Charlie's bed. Charlie's faculty advisor, Dr. Rand, is astounded to find that Charlie is still a virgin and decides to conduct and experiment!
